ISS's Metered Billing and Collection Services are performed to the same professional standards used by professional public utilities.
ISS invoices are always timely, completely accurate, and easy to understand. Each invoice shows previous balance, amount paid, utility usage, rate, amount owed, and date due. Our mailing address and website address are also included.
In addition, ISS duplicates the rates of the local utility company serving a project, and whether metered or allocated, the billing fees are based on those charged by the local provider. Water (hot, cold, space heating, etc.), sewer, trash, gas, and electric can be billed singly or in any combination.
Allow us to invoice based on square footage, occupancy, ratio occupancy, weighted average, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, or a combination of these methods.

Each month, total water usage is pulled from the City water bill. The total is then allocated to each unit based on their individual usage and individual bills are generated and emailed. Each tenant receives a bill which they pay online. After a set amount of days, the total payments collected are then transferred to the landlord or HOA to pay the master meter bill.
